We recommend washing your Qawiyah Clothing separately for the first 5 washes. After that, you can machine wash it with your regular detergent.
- Wash with similar colours.
- Use a gentle / cold wash cycle when possible.
- Do not use bleach.
- Do not iron directly on the fabric. If needed, use a steam iron instead.
- Avoid high heat when drying; air dry whenever possible.
- Do not wring or twist the fabric harshly.
- Turn the top inside out before washing to help maintain the fabric and print/details.

If size doesn’t fit, you can request an exchange, provided the product meets our Exchange Eligibility Criteria.

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders. A ₹100 COD handling fee is charged, which will be clearly mentioned at checkout before you place your order.
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- A mandatory, uninterrupted parcel opening video from receipt is required.
- Upon approval, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Eligible refunds are processed within 2–3 working days.
